Questions and bugs
Email labs@laan.com. Useful details: browser or device, what you expected, what happened, and the project file (Export › Project file) if the problem is with a design.
Corrections to safety or plant information
If a rule, a plant status or a source looks wrong, send a correction with the page and your source. See how corrections work.
Emergencies
If your cat may have eaten something toxic or is unwell, contact your veterinarian or an animal poison control service immediately. We cannot give veterinary advice.
Your designs
Designs are saved in your browser on your device, so we cannot see or recover them. Export the project file regularly to keep a backup.
